First time here and I fell in love with everything ! Titi did such an amazing Job with my French tip ! Super quick and perfectionist !
My girlfriend and I visited this nail salon to get her nails done. She was thoroughly satisfied with the service. Kelly, the employee who assisted us, was very helpful. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the tools and the station. We showed her the designs we wanted, and she created them perfectly, exactly as we had envisioned, in a very short time. She was professional and made no mistakes. Thank you so much, Kelly!
First photo is my nails, the 2nd is what I asked for, and the last 2 are what I switched the 2nd and 4th nail to after the nail tech failed multiple times to do my original design. The designs he did on my thumb and middle finger look absolutely awful. I simplified the pig for him and told him he could just do the pigs face and he still completely failed and restarted multiple times. Then I simplified it even more and asked him to just do a simple ocean wave, he also couldn’t do that… 2 hours later I was extremely frustrated and I have kids at home and was supposed to of been home so I told him to just put a clear coat on so I could leave. I still paid almost $100 for the nails even though they look AWFUL. I’m not even sure what is going on with my thumb but it looks like a hot glue mess. The middle finger spiral is HUGE and the lines are uneven and messy. If he couldn’t do the design when I walked in then they should’ve reassigned me to someone who could or tell me to pick a different design. I NEVER would have picked this design if 2 of my nails were going to be left plain and unfinished. To top it off a lady that works there walked by while he was attempting the pig for a second time, pointed at my hand and laughed probably because it looked so awful… it looked more like a playboy bunny than anything close to my design. I have been before to this nail salon and picked a pretty intricate design that the nail tech executed to a T! They were Toy Story nails and the guy did INCREDIBLE. But this guy was rough with my hands and should not be doing nails. I am beyond livid I was still expected to pay full price for nails that I HATE and an unfinished design. At checkout he kept saying “it would be more expensive if we did the other 2 nails on each hand.” I obviously understand that and do not care what the price would’ve been. I would be happy to pay whatever price for nails I actually like but $100 for nails that look like a school child did them is not worth it.
Love this salon!!! Henry is the absolute best!! Out of all the nail techs I’ve had, he is the best hands down! The front desk is always super nice and accommodating!! I posted some pics of his work !!
Never coming back here. I’ve been several different times no problem, Eric is good. I went 2 weeks ago and got my nails done by Delanie and I got a fill and navy french tip which was $90?? And all the navy faded off within two days so I had to go back and get it fixed. I also had no nail on my middle finger and had to get that done and it lifted and fell off within a week, and today my other middle finger nail was lifting and it popped off and my whole nail is green. I have Green Nail Syndrome, because she didn’t do the proper steps to prep my nail and now I have an infection. I recommend you guys never go here because they overcharge heavily, and don’t do proper care for your nails. Save your money and time
