I am deeply disappointed with the customer service provided by Pilla electrical products. Our company, along with one of our approved vendors, reached out to them for a quote, but they were unable to provide one. Furthermore, I personally reached out via email to inquire about a quote, but I never received a response. It's incredibly frustrating when a company fails to acknowledge customer inquiries, especially in a business setting. When I decided to call them directly, I was informed that they no longer wanted to do business with our vendor. Despite this setback, I suggested a few alternative vendors, to which they initially said yes. However, I overheard someone in the background saying no, and suddenly I was told that they couldn't work with any of the suggested vendors. To make matters worse, they demanded that I provide them with a credit card or a check, threatening to refuse service if I didn't comply. This unprofessional approach to business transactions is both off-putting and unacceptable. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed with Pilla electrical products. It is clear that their customer service is lacking, and their inconsistency and abrupt changes in decisions are highly unprofessional. As a result, we have decided to take our business elsewhere.
Poor customer service. An order was placed by a major electrical distributor and it was delayed because of the fault of an employee of Pilla. Pilla refused to ship the material premium freight despite admitting it was their error.
