Finding this Studio has changed my life! The teachers here are so great on educating you what you are doing, while making sure your form is correct, along with the importance of breath work to get optimal results. I absolutely love the Pilates classes with Debbie and Stephanie! I have gained so much strength and great balance. Also Yoga on the lawn is an enlightening experience. I am currently enrolled in the Yoga Teacher Training program. Debbie is a very knowledgeable and encouraging teacher. I have learned so much about Yoga. This has been an amazing journey! I absolutely love the energy of their space at the Studio on Malaga Street. I also love my Virtual Yin classes with Debbie on Tuesdays. She has taught me to appreciate my home practice just as much as going out to a Studio. I highly recommend their classes and services. I give them 5 stars all the way around.

I can’t say enough great things about Pilates Yoga Loft! They offer a variety of daily classes for all levels, and the instructors are highly qualified—truly top-notch. The studio itself is beautiful, welcoming, and full of great wellness services, all at very affordable prices. I started about six months ago and have come such a long way. Honestly, I would never have been able to enjoy a recent 7-day national parks excursion without the mobility and strength I gained from the Pilates reformer. Highly recommend them!

I came to Pilates Yoga Loft 5 years ago. My posture was poor, and my core strength was weak. I was hoping to strengthen my body. I have accomplished that. What I didn’t realize was the focus on body, mind and spirit. Instruction is tailored to my individual needs. It is a place of peace and holistic wellness. Debbie Sheme and Stephanie Crown have changed my life with their professional and personalized instruction. I highly recommend PilatesYoga Loft. I have been coming for nearly a year now. The offerings and instructors are the best. When you walk in Debbie and Stephanie are warm and welcoming. The space is peaceful with very nice equipment. If you’re in St. Augustine and looking for a supportive yoga community and Pilates classes, Yoga Loft is truly a gem. Highly recommend!
