I joined in Nov 25, the best decision I made for my body. The instructors are fantastic! Plenty of equipment, fun, challenging classes. Great location kinda tucked away next to the Beach Diner. In 2 months I noticed a big difference in my body. Check this place out!!

I started with no Pilates experience, and this studio has been fantastic. The instructors are attentive and tailor each class to your physical limits while still challenging you. I truly enjoy all the classes and have already noticed a big improvement in my core strength. I would highly recommend !
I love Pilates work out sessions at Pilates of Amelia Studio and the instructors Deb and Maryam are great. They are very different which makes it fun because each workout session has it's own flavor. I highly recommend the place.
Visiting Amelia island and needed to catchup on my Pilates practice and found a wonderful place. Deb was amazing and the studio is clean, beautiful and the staff are friendly.
Hands-down, the best Pilates studio on Amelia Island. The staff and fellow clients are always welcoming and friendly. They accommodate all levels. You will feel right at home at Pilates of Amelia. These people have become family to me, and it is completely and totally changed my strength, health and wellness. I am forever grateful to my Pilates family.
