I recently tried this Pilates class with my friend and had such a great experience! Jen, the instructor/owner, was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and encouraging throughout the entire class. The studio had such a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the workout was both challenging and fun. Jen did an amazing job guiding us through each movement while making everyone feel comfortable regardless of experience level. You can really tell she’s passionate about what she does and cares about her clients. We left feeling strong, refreshed, and already wanting to come back. Highly recommend!
I just did my first reformer class with Jen. She is a terrific instructor! That was the best reformer class I have taken. Love that it is a small class and she provides necessary corrections.
I enjoyed my first mat class with Jen. She has a unique boutique style studio. Looking forward to trying other classes that she offers.
She is extremely knowledgeable and I love the small boutique feeling. I was surprised how capable and strong I was. Jen’s instruction and sequencing truly stands out from the rest. Give her a visit!
I’ve been seeing Jen 2-3 times a week for about 6 months. She is incredibly knowledgeable on form and pregnancy modifications, and the classes are small enough that adjustments are personalized. I’ve been doing power yoga and weights for years and my arms and over all posture has never felt or looked better, or as strong. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a challenging workout that is fun and gives results. Thank you Jen!!
