Phil was an absolute dream to work with. He made things easy, stayed on top of things so closely, and worked hard to make sure I got to closing swiftly and easily. Can’t recommend him enough. Makes the entire process simple and easy. Thanks Phil!
Phil has been helpful, informative, and responsive throughout the process. In addition to his efforts during regular business hours, Phil have been very productive on weekends and after hours on weekdays. I enthusiastically recommend him.
Extremely knowledgeable and helpful in getting my mortgage loan. The process went very smoothly, was very quick and I was able to get the best interest rate available. Kept me informed at all times and I was able to contact him any time I needed assistance or had a question. If not available I received he responded very quickly and always in a friendly manner. Such a pleasant experience! I highly recommend!!
Phil made himself available for any and all of my questions and concerns regarding the process. This gave me additional insight, guidance and comfort regarding the mortgage Ameris offered.
It wasn’t easy with the process, but the end justify the means. Ameris bank is a good bank to get a mortgage from. I would recommend anyone to work with them, especially first time buyers.
