Pet paradise went above and beyond to ease my mind while I boarded my dog for five days. During that five day. I received two emails reassuring me. He was being well taken care of. They even sent photos of him outside having a good time. He came back healthy eating normally and generally doing exactly what he did when he left. I’ve boarded him at other places around town where he has come back and acted sick. I can’t say enough good things about the staff welcoming us when we walked in the facility is clean and very open so you can view what goes on after you leave your Pet there
Superior compared to others in boarding and grooming! All staff members I had interaction with, were professional, friendly, personable and extremely helpful. Pricing is very fair, Kodi is a typical husky and very temperamental. They are professionals and know how to deal with him. They should be compensated for their knowledge in the field. Kodi likes going there, he walks straight to the door and excited to go in.
Amazing staff…seriously. I love this place and so does my dog Quavo. If I lived closer I would take my dog here everyday. They gave me a peace of mind leaving my dog in their hands. The whole team is amazing. I appreciate them more than they know. My dog wasn’t eating and they would go into the room to hand feed him 😭❤️ to make sure he ate. Highly recommend this one here. The reservation manager- is awesome. Thank u. My dog came back home the same. He wasn’t sick or anything. Thank youuuuu
Bella had the best day ever!!! Such a professional & compassionate , friendly staff! We now have peace of mind when we go on little trips where she can’t join us! We were able to watch her swim & play all day on the webcam! The bone shaped pool is her favorite….being such a water dog! Shes still tired…lol…our hearts are full! Thank you Amelia Island Pet Paradise!!
My dog absolutely loved doggy daycare he always comes home passed out from all the fun and splashing in the pool he does all day! I love that they have camera’s as well I can check on him anytime of the day to see how he’s doing! Definitely recommend
