  Unfortunately, this was not a good experience, and I was very disappointed with the quality of service. From the beginning, I felt as though the lady at the check-in was rushed and more focused on getting through the appointment than providing attentive, quality care. I was asked whether I wanted the same haircut as last time, even though this was my dog's first visit to this shop. When I asked for an estimated timeframe for when he would be ready for pickup, I was simply told, "I don't know," which I found unprofessional and unhelpful. Unfortunately, the grooming itself was equally disappointing. The haircut looked messy and uneven rather than smooth and well-finished. I specifically requested a Teddy Bear-style face, but instead, his face was cut very short and "chopped," which was not at all what I asked for. His paws were not properly trimmed underneath, his nails were cut but not filed, and his sanitary area was not properly trimmed. His ears were also not plucked. I do want to acknowledge that the young blonde woman who handled my checkout was very kind, professional, and understanding. She listened to my concerns, apologized for the situation, and offered me a discount, which I genuinely appreciated. That said, while I appreciate her effort to address my concerns, I am still extremely dissatisfied with the overall service and the quality of my dog's grooming. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable returning.
