Oh my goodness! Very thorough, super friendly customer service oriented, veterinary team! I was a walk-in appointment because my little Lana Had a really bad urinary tract infection! They got her in really quickly for me (Or, since I was a walk-in, I felt like it was very quickly) And got her taken care of right away! They are all about making sure your fur babies are taken care of. Thank you so much and we will see you in a couple weeks!

I’m so grateful for Pet Angels Animal Hospital. When my puppy‑son suddenly wasn’t feeling well, I had no idea what to do and his regular vet couldn’t see him. I was referred to several places, but this one immediately felt right — and I’m so glad I trusted that feeling. ✨️ They fit us in as a walk‑in, treated us with genuine compassion from the moment we arrived, ran the necessary tests, explained everything clearly, and made sure Teddi was comfortable throughout the entire visit. The facility was clean, calm, and welcoming, and every staff member we encountered was truly exceptional. 😊 What touched me most was the follow‑up call the next morning to check on him. That level of care is above and beyond, and exactly what I want for my boy. Pet Angels has earned my trust, and they will be our go‑to moving forward. 💙

Was referred to Pet Angels by coworker and neighbor when I got my toy poodle back in April. He has been well taken cared of on each visit and one walk-in/emergency visit. Today was impressive as my Charlie Murphy hadn't been well the last 24 hrs. His tech Athena and her doc were very nice and answered/entertained my questions as Charlie is my first pet as an adult that required vet visits and doesn't trigger my allergies, lol. Hope my lil buddy gets better over the next few days but glad to have their support close by.

I spent days calling vets in the jacksonville area and what a relief when I called Pet Angels not only did they get me a appointment in 2 days for 8 puppies but the price was almost half of what ever other vet was asking!! Only took a hour and a half and we were heading home with everything all done and money still in my checking account. I would 100 percent recommend them especially if on a budget and a short time frame to get your pet seen !! Thanks again pet angels you really are to us :)
