i thought this was a great company until i tried to get the money from escrow that was held back until the property was vacated, after a delay in closing and waiting on the initial deposit from the sale. I called and talked to the person that was the spokesperson from the company and asked for a couple more days to vacate and was told there should be no problem, now 3 months later i found out from the title company that they filed paperwork for the money in escrow before i was out. i definitely feel it was not warranted and fraud, i didn't get it in writing and screwed my self in the long run.......i dont think it was a good thing to do to a person and i can't stand behind them! beware
