Paul Miller | SouthState Mortgage

Paul Miller and his team are top notch. This home buying process was pretty tough there was a lot of moving parts in both the sale of my old home and the purchase of my new home. Between the agents and Paul with South State and the finance company I don't think I would have gotten everything we did if it wasn't for Paul and his team. Paul was available when I needed him. All of the timelines were near perfect. He helped me through the underwriting process and answered any of the questions that I really didn't know. If you want a smooth home buying process and finance process highly highly recommend Paul Miller and his team at South State. Thank you guys so much we love the new home!

Paul and his team are fantastic! Paul is very personable and always available to help, night, day and weekends. This is my second house and it blew away my precious experience with how easy and streamlined the process was, exceptionally professional and awesome! Paul is definitely the guy to go to when applying for a mortgage!

Great experience working with Paul and the rest of the South Bank team. They were quick to respond to all of my numerous question and the online mortgage portal was user friendly. Would definitely contact them in the future if we had any additional mortgage needs.
