PAPPAS PARTS & SERVICE, INC

I had a great first experience with PAPPAS Parts and Service! Discovering our AC unit wasn’t working properly on a Friday evening was not ideal timing ( not that it ever is). I live in Hilliard (near FL/GA line) and was skeptical about finding someone to come out on a Saturday. I called PAPPAS on Saturday morning and was pleasantly surprised that they could come out within a few hours. Jason was a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable. He discovered we needed a blower motor replacement and also gave the coils a light cleaning. He showed us pictures and educated us on everything regarding our AC unit. His pricing was reasonable and I think we have found our new AC guy for all future needs . He’s a down to earth, friendly and caring kind of man who even put a picture of his dog on his van wrap. If you like dogs that much, you’re my kind of people! Thank you Jason for providing top notch service!

Pappas AC is by far the best company I’ve ever had out to my home! They answered my call right away when I called the first time! Put me on the schedule immediately and came out extremely fast. Very affordable, friendly and knowledgeable. Makes sure you are aware of everything they find wrong and shows you step by step everything. They go over the solution to correct the issue and go over pricing with you. They are a local owned business in our area of Yulee but he would go anywhere that calls! Would recommend to anyone I know. You won’t regret using them!

I called PPS at about 8:30PM. Jason arrived an hour and a half later and finished the job quickly. He explained everything to me in detail and gave me a very fair price. My house is perfectly cool again. 10/10 service and highly reccomend!
