Callaway Heating, Cooling & Refrigeration is a great family-owned business. This is the second time I’ve used them to service my A/C unit, and once again, I was very pleased. They are professional, knowledgeable, and provide great service. They answered all my questions and even gave me helpful tips on how to maintain my unit. Their pricing is fair and competitive. I highly recommend them.
I have used Callaway Heating and Cooling several times. Had great service and fair prices. I would only use Terry Callaway and his sons. Family owned business. Great service and honest. Thanks
I have been in Nassau County 34 years. Terry is the only AC guy I will ever use. Best, fast work at the lowest price! He won't try to sell you "service" you don't need. Example: I was having AC issues and called a company that was running a service special. After 20-30 mins the tech told me it would be $350 to fix the issue but for $450 he would do a "complete" service on the main unit. I got Terry's name/number from a co-worker of my wife. I called him to get a second opinion. He serviced and fixed both units for $150. I paid him $180 and he tried to give me the extra $30 back!
Calloway heat/air - best company ever, kind family and so knowledgeable, I’d only call them first for the BEST !!!
Terri and his son were phenomenal. I called on a holiday due to having no heat. They came super quick, were incredibly efficient and beyond kind. I could not be more grateful for them! Highly recommend!
