They do it right at Palm Casual!

5 years ago my husband and I purchased two counter height outdoor patio sling chairs. We loved those chairs and used them often. A couple months ago I noticed the material in one of the chairs was beginning to pull a little from the seam so I contacted Palm Coast to inquire where I could get this fixed. The staff at Palm Coast were wonderful indicating they could send to their factory for repair. When I indicated I didn’t have anyway to get the chair to them, they offered to pickup and deliver after repairs for a very reasonable price. We now have the chair back and VERY pleased with repair as well as the customer service we received

Morgan provided an exceptional customer service experience from start to finish from our first interaction. She is kind, attentive, knowledgeable and she genuinely cares about her customers. What impressed me the most is her communication and follow up. She truly cared about our experience and we appreciate that. That level of service is incredibly rare today. The quality of the furniture itself is impressive— the craftsmanship, comfort and attention to detail are exactly what we were hoping for, and it’s clear that these pieces are built to last! Working with Morgan, combined with the outstanding quality of the furniture—— the entire experience exceeded our expectations. 😊 It was a pleasure working with her, and she deserves recognition for the wonderful service she provides. Thank you to Morgan and Palm Casual Furniture for the 10/10 service and quality we received. I highly recommend this company!!!!10/10 stars ⭐️!
