Although smaller than a commercial gym, is fully packed with premium Matrix strength equipment and loads of free weights. There's even a multi-use group studio perfect for dance and spin classes! The gavility is exceptionally clean, the equipment is in excellent shape, and the members are great about always putting the free weights back where they belong.

Ryan is great, not only do we have the same name. But he always has a smile on his face and is very friendly. Keep up the great work!
I get shredded here every morning! Opens at 5 am and if you go then it's like your own private gym. The equipment gets turned over in good time so it's not like you're working out at a Hampden Inn with 1970 equipment, they've really done a great job with the addition.
Awesome fitness facility! The only reason I give it 4 stars is because their fitness classes only accommodate retirees or people who work from home and can attend classes during normal business hours. The facility itself is excellent! A large variety of modern fitness equipment, very clean, well maintained. A beautiful fitness center.
Clean place to workout, friendly staff and great selection of classes.
