If zero stars was possible I would put zero and then subtract one. Asked for a line up and a blend between my hair and sideburns. Had my entire sideburn on the left side taken off. I asked what she was doing and she had a blank look on her face. Mustache is lopsided. Been growing my beard out for 3 months and have to shave everything off because it’s actually that poor of a trim. -1 star for Pachulito and will not be going back. Avoid the young lady with tattoos. Pitiful representation of a “barber”. Side note, every single barber was sitting on their phone playing call of duty on full blast at 3:30pm on a Thursday. Theres a reason why every single chair is empty. That should have been my red flag to walk right back out as soon as I walked in. I walked in with a better trim than what I walked out with. I provided a picture of my beard last night compared to what I walked out with.
Love this place. Reynel always gets me right. I never have to book in advance. I just text him and 9/10 times he just tells me to come on in and he gets me set right away. Super nice guys. Absolutely love going here. Every single one of these guys does a great job, too. I’ve only ever seen people leave with super clean cuts and fades. They do great with line designs too if that’s your thing. Definitely give them a shot. It is cash only but they have an atm in the shop, but honestly I just CashApp Reynel every time and they’re chill with that.
Owner has not offered a refund for the worst barbershop experience I’ve ever had. Did not provide email to correspond, did not provide venmo, nothing. How much is a bad haircut worth when it makes people look at your beard and say what the heck happened?
I love love love this barbershop. Went in as a walk-in and was greeted and served in less than 10 mins. It was clean trendy and I was very impressed with the care that was taken with cutting my grandson hair. He's seven and was smiling at me while getting his hair cut. Great latin feel. My Spanish is little to almost nonexistent but no problem communicating the cut I wanted for my grandson. I recommend them to anyone who wants a professional environment and a nice cut.Marcello is great. He will be the only barber I use from now on. I'm sold.Muy bien Panchulito.
