Eleanor is exceptional. I can’t put into words how amazing she was from the moment we met through our entire process and wedding. She was available, flexible, accommodating, and courteous every step of the way, and helped us coordinate every single detail. Megan, a member of her team, and her deserve every single penny. The food (best wedding food we’ve ever had - multiple guests agreed), bar service, and wedding coordination were fantastic. If life gave Emily and I more than one wedding - we’d do it with Eleanor, Megan, and OYBC.

Truly the best place to get married! We got married a month ago at OBYC and Eleanor and the team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The team is so professional, and everything was perfect from our initial tour, to the tasting, to the wedding day. We had the most gorgeous weather and our guests are still raving about arriving by boat (and seeing dolphins!) and the food! Eleanor is a pro and we are so happy we decided to get married at OBYC!

It has almost been 6 months since our wedding day and we are STILL receiving so many kind words about how beautiful this venue was, how amazing the food was, how well kept the property was, etc. etc. etc. I think this goes without saying, but El and Annika are the absolute dream team!!! I could not have gotten through the wedding planning process without those two. They truly helped me keep my cool and handled any vendor hiccups with class and professionalism! They were quick to answer my (many) emails in a timely fashion and even set up an extra meeting a couple months prior to do a walk through and talk about plans for decor/my vision and took notes so the entire day went off without a hitch! I have celiac disease and a large group of our guests as well. We decided to have our entire menu gluten free and I cannot say enough great things about how amazing the food was and how grateful we are that they made the accommodations they did. Our guests who aren’t gluten free didn’t even know!!! We are still hearing “that was the best wedding food ever”. We are still in awe at how amazing this day was and have all the staff at OBYC and vendors to thank for that! We can’t wait to come back and enjoy an anniversary dinner on the verandah! The Oyster Bay Yacht Club is the perfect venue to host an outdoor wedding and indoor/outdoor reception. Their attention to detail, service, cleanliness, and responsiveness to your needs is second to none. The feeling of exclusivity and remote island ambiance made my son's wedding unforgettable. The capacity was limited to approximately 175 reception guests but that worked nicely for us. Parking is somewhat limited also but with trolley transportation to and from (arranged by us), our guests were able to enjoy themselves fully without the added stress of getting safely back to their respective hotels and locations. The food was delicious and the presentation was exceptional. I would highly recommend OBYC if you are looking for a storybook experience!
