Osteopathic Bodywork - Grigory Nefedov, LMT

I found Grigory through a search on Google. I have been suffering in pain since my early 20"s after a freak accident that left me with herniated disc between L4, L5 and S1 (lumbar). Then, another accident in my 40's which I had herniated disc between C4 and C5 (cervical). After, the first visit with him I felt tremendously better in my neck, shoulders and chest. As he explained to me my entire diaphragm area was locked up. Then, after my second appointment in which he focused on my lower back and hips, I feel like a brand new person. For the first time since my first injury I am in ZERO pain!! I am beyond grateful for his professionalism and care that has brought me alive again!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would, he seriously has given me back my joy!! Thank you so much Grigory, you my friend are an Angel sent from above, no doubt in my mind, so very grateful for the blessing I have received through your wisdom and your healing touch!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! 💝

I’m very happy with my experience with this osteopath! The specialist took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and performed the treatment very gently and professionally. I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire appointment. After the session, I noticed an improvement in how I felt and a greater sense of lightness and relaxation in my body. I especially appreciated the personalized approach and the fact that the focus was not just on treating the symptoms, but on understanding the underlying issues. Thank you for the professionalism, care, and welcoming atmosphere! I will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this osteopath.

We have been bringing our children to Grigory Nefedov, LMT since he first started seeing patients in Jacksonville. They first came to him as teenagers, and now they are young adults and they still continue to see him. I think that says a lot about the trust we have in Grigory and the quality of care he provides. He is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about each patient. Over the years, his osteopathic bodywork and therapeutic approach have helped our children tremendously. It is rare to find a practitioner you trust enough to stay with through different stages of your children’s lives. We are truly grateful to have Grigory here in Jacksonville and highly recommend him.

I cannot recommend Grigory Nefedov highly enough. After years of dealing with chronic wrist pain and seeing multiple providers—including several hand specialists—no one could figure out what was wrong or provide lasting relief. I had almost given up hope. From the moment I started working with him, it was clear he had a unique understanding of the body and how everything connects. The improvement I experienced was nothing short of life-changing. For the first time in years, I found real relief and felt like someone truly understood what was causing my pain. He has been an absolute lifesaver, and I am incredibly grateful for his knowledge, skill, and dedication. If you’ve been struggling with pain and haven’t found answers elsewhere, do yourself a favor and make an appointment. You won’t regret it.
