I met with Mia and got my nails done, and she did such an amazing job. The guy who did my pedicure was great too. I have not had one in a very long time, so I truly appreciate him. I will definitely be back.
The service I receive from this staff is nothing short of amazing! The old rating from the previous owners definitely should be higher. Mia does my nails and I’m happy every time. Money well spent. I recently had an event to attend and was pressed for time. Both Mia and her husband and other staff members worked on my nails and pedicure simultaneously to ensure I left the shop on time. This was more than I had expected simply because they have cater to many other customers as well. They went out of their way for me and I will forever be grateful. Very clean environment, very friendly and professional. Reasonable prices and phenomenally skilled! Thank you to the new owners and staff at Orchid Nails! You’ve gained a loyal customer.
Nail tech Bee left dry acrylic under my nails. She insisted on giving me the length she wanted me to have which would have been a fee. She also chose the same design I came in with and used a color that wasn’t a good match and would stand out. She didn’t do a good job on my brows, the end of them was drawn inward. I come from the Westside back over to this location because this location was my favorite spot for years when I lived in the Arlington area.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! They cut me on both of my feet. Cut my nails too short after I SPECIFICALLY said not to. The shape is HORRIBLE!!! THEY STILL CHARGED ME!! I was in tears before I left and they didn't care. STAY AWAY AND PROTECT YOUR FEET AND MONEY!!!
I've visited this salon many times over the last few years. The staff is always friendly, pedicures are very relaxing. Today I came in for a gel manicure and toe polish change. Tom assisted me and was very helpful. He informed me that they now offer builder gel! Which I have been looking for in my area. He walked me through each step of the process so I knew what to expect. It looks so natural, and my nails feel so strong. I love them! I will be back to see him for my fill in. Thank you for your help Tom!
