Took out a loan to pay off some debt, and they demanded that I use my car as collateral, well, the head gasket just went on my car and is unrepairable.I asked him if I was allowed to sell it for parts to put towards what I owe them, or if they would take it?And sell it for parts and put it to what I owe them. And they said, no, because they hold the lien, I told them if I don't sell it.The only option is to get stuck.Paying weekly charges for the repair shop to hold it on their lot, which would be stupid because I can't afford it.And they said the only option I would have is to file for another loan. So even when you give an option to try to pay off some of the debt, it's not good enough for them because I want to keep stringing you long to pay the interest charges. Plain as day if I sell the vehicle for parts, I can get up to 8 hundred dollars for it and that's equivalent to 6 monthly payments and they refused to let that happen. You figure it out

I enjoy my time going over the things Ms Rebecca explain to me about everything I need to know about this loan these are great people at this location we need more people like these people here
Great Lisandra was very professional and caring about my situation she made this process very comfortable for me.
Our loan experience was a breeze because of Lisandra Martin. Highly recommed seeing her if you need one
Don’t use them, they are shady and lie! I purchased GAP insurance and was repeatedly told that EVERYTHING would be covered if my collateral, my car, was totaled. GAP would cover 195% of the value of the car, which in my case was $5500.00. My insurance company paid out $3000, the value they determined and that went towards my loan, then the GAP kicked in. However, they left me with a difference of $750, REALLY! I talked to a supervisor and all he did was read off the fine print, which supposedly states, if there is a modification on the loan, I would be responsible for the accured interest. Such BS and not only that they added in late fees because they didn’t get my insurance claim for over a month and through whatever system One Main uses, didn’t apply the insurance amount for another month. This is ridiculous and very unfair! I refuse to pay that, I was plain out lied to. P.S. Just delete your pathetic, we’re here to help response, just call us. I already tried that and had a very horrible excuse of a supervisor just read off the fine print like a robot…. Thanks, you guys are really awesome…NOT! How about you just honor the GAP insurance and pay off the entire loan, like I was TOLD!
