Ollie's has great prices and a wide selection of merchandise. I was able to find some really good items at excellent deals, which is why I enjoy shopping there. Unfortunately, my experience with the store manager, Shannon, was very disappointing. When we needed assistance, she was extremely unhelpful and seemed reluctant to engage with customers. Her attitude came across as dismissive, and she showed very little regard for customer service. As a manager, I would expect someone who is approachable, willing to help, and focused on creating a positive shopping experience. Sadly, that was not the case during our visit. While I was happy with the products and prices, the poor customer service from management left a negative impression.
An employee told me about it and I went there. They have absolutely everything there and it's really on sale! The staff was very friendly!
Great items for great prices but the cashier was really rude and lacked customer service skills. She refused the customer in front of me legal tender even tho it passed the marker test and was legit. She treated that customer like she was a criminal... Just shameful..
Great buys on some of your routine faves as well as seasonal things, books of all types for all ages, children's toys and games, bedding, linens, cleaning products, vaccuum cleaners, flooring tiles and rugs, paint products and tools, plant pottery containers of all sizes at a much lower cost than most places, grocery items, and so much more ...
Ollie’s is one of those places I can’t help but pop into whenever I’m nearby. There’s always something new and unexpected on the shelves, and the prices are just too good to pass up. It feels like a little treasure hunt every time I walk in. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. If you love finding great deals and unique items, this spot is definitely worth a visit.
