Olive Nails & Wax

It was a great pedicure plus the Reflexology. Not crowded, I was able to walking and get started within minutes.

My first time coming here and giving nail shops another try again. I definitely got reminded why I stopped going to places like this. I requested a gel pedi at first and my tech Micheal was absolutely amazing ! He did everything so perfectly I then decided I’d get my nails done as well. He informed me he will do them but he will have someone else doing a soak off for my acrylics because he hasn’t learned how to yet. I had no issue with that and I respected his honesty. I then was sat with an older lady named Lynn and that’s when everything started going downhill. We had both told her I wanted a soak off and wanted to keep my natural nails that had grown under my acrylics perfectly. She had proceeded cutting down my acrylics and then I felt her take a tool and start forcefully trying to remove my acrylics that way. I’ve had plenty of soak offs before and all you have to do is literally like my nails soak off in a solution and dissolve on its on. She kept being super rough and I kept yanking my nail back. She then ripped one nail off so hard it caused my nail bed to split and bleed and she tried to hide it by pouring some green solution on it. I was beyond pissed I had said something to her about it and she proceeded to act like she didn’t hear anything I said. I then told her I didn’t want her doing anything for me after this because I was leaving I didn’t even wanna get my nails done anymore. Thankfully I saw Micheal come in and I had told him everything that happened and he apologized for my experience with her. Lynn really had the nerve to look at me and roll her eyes as if I did anything to her. She’s most likely why the nail salon has such a low rating compared to others and why it was so empty. If she doesn’t like her job she SHOULD get a new one ! Micheal thankfully saved the day and made sure I left happily! I most likely would never return because of Lynn. But I def will always be thankful for Micheal !

I went there today hoping to find a new nail place closer to home. The pedicure was okay but left a big indent in my big toenail that it's visible even with the gel nail polish. My little toes have gel polish messed up and couldn't tell until I got home..flooded cuticles. You can still see some pink specs from not removing the gel all the way. I had a guy work on my nails, and he was so heavy-handed that it hurt when he drilled and filed my nails. He cut me 3 times, and my fingers are now all sore. Never going back..horrible first experience ever!
