I've been with this company for a number of years for my vehicle insurance and they make the process really easy. Recently I started a small business and were able to find me really good policies and once again made to process really easy. I highly recommend choosing Oldest City Insurance to help manage your insurance needs.
I have gone through the horror of homeowners insurance shopping once again. I called 6 recommended agencies. Only 2 returned the call with quotes beginning at $4400. My previous company, Frontline's premium jumped to $6100. My previous agent sent a list of 15 companies and their premiums. The least expensive was $4000. Then I saw a recommendation for Mark at Oldest City Insurance. He called me back promptly! After listening to my woes, Mark found a company that had equal coverage to Frontline for $2900 a year plus a lower deductible. He will look for a more reasonable flood policy next and car insurance. I highly recommend Mark and his agency! As a previous State Farm agent of many years, and a private agency owner of 15 years he's extremely knowledgeable, kind and most importantly takes the time to get to know you! Very grateful to have found him.
Mark and his team at Oldest City Insurance went above and beyond on finding us a new homeowner policy. Yes, the savings was nice, but it was the personalized service that was refreshing. Being a name instead of a number isn't common anymore. Thank you Mark.
