We rented a pontoon boat today for a trip to Cumberland Island. From the first contact by phone with Nate, til the return of the boat at the end of our rental, Nate was absolutely awesome! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The boat was perfect, and we had a blast visiting Cumberland. Already looking forward to our next trip here!!
Great boat rental for the day. Kaylee was informative when I had questions and Nate was helpful sending us off and meeting us when back . Great staff. Took guest to Cumberland Island to picnic and see the wild horses. Will definitely be back for another rental.
Purchased a boat trailer and could not be happier. Communication was great before I made the trek to purchase. When I arrived the trailer was ready to roll and setup out front with lights energized, paperwork was prepared and the team was very friendly, knowledgeable and exuded immediate trust. Eric, the owner, took me through maintenance and gave me advice to make this last a lifetime. They sell the best products for salt tolerance and quality that will last, unlike most others that sell half the quality for even higher prices. They even accommodated me after business hours, late on a Friday night. I highly recommend doing business with Ocean Outboard Marine, I will make the trek again before I go to any other marine business in south Jax.
Amazing customer service and very personal and caring people! Last year we went to a boat show in Jacksonville. The price for same boat was much less than with company from Jax. So we bought it from Eric and his team and never regret it! He gave us training on water, showing everything, very knowledgeable and very thorough! His team who does service for us is incredible! Cause we are driving to see them from Jacksonville, Nate stayed late hours for us, so we can drive home same day. We don't mind to drive there for a service cause you feel that they are caring for they client, you are not just another sales for them. Highly recommend! Thank you for making the process of having a boat easier for us!
Eric is a great guy and is very knowledgeable! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
