NY Nails

I have been going here for years. The service you receive is inconsistent. I encountered a real rude chain of events the last time I went. The lady who was doing nails next to me jacked the price of French tips due to a prejudice against the person. She then proceeded to talk about the client right there of course in their native language. I looked at the owner to get her to stop and she gave me a deer in headlights look. We need our own salons. We are not dumb and should not openly take disrespect. The shops are open because people like me pay for it! The services provided are not cheap. The lack of professionalism was uncanning.

I'm not a big nail person but I like to keep my toes done for summer months and have been coming to this salon on Dunn Ave for 30 years since since I was a teenager. Quality ranges from decent to great but it's highly dependent on the tech you get and is VERY inconsistent. After having a toenail biopsy for melanoma I had been eager to get a pedicure once the big toenail (most;y) grew back and officially had the worst experience here. For $55, this is what I got. The toenails weren't cleaned or buffed and the polish reflected it. When I protested they had someone redo the polish but were rude to me because of it. Standards are pretty low here.

Got me nails done here at this location customer service at the beginning it was great but The nail tech who did it didn’t do too great. Couldn’t even tell if it was supposed to be a J or a T ( J ) smh. Went back to talk to somebody about getting my nails fixed, and the lady completely ignored me, even though I was at the front first and took another customer. Became very unprofessional at the end. it won’t be returned back to this location.

I had the best experience getting my nails done by Delena! She’s so talented and really pays attention to what you like. My nails came out beautiful smooth, shiny, and long-lasting! Definitely recommending her to all my friends 💅✨
