I love this nail salon, from the first moment I went and got my nails done I never switched up. I’ve gotten them done by different nail techs and they all did them exactly as the photo. Their service is 10/10 I recommend

Last Friday, I decided to come to this nail salon to get my nails done. I came in wanting an ombré design, and I was told that they could do it. They explained that it might not look exactly like the picture, but that they were able to achieve a similar result. Once the technician started working on my nails, she spent about 20 minutes trying to do the ombré design but eventually told me that it couldn’t be done. She then suggested that I get a French manicure instead. I agreed only because, by that point, I was already frustrated that I wasn’t going to get what I originally wanted after being told from the beginning that it was possible. Two days later, one of my nails broke. I decided to return today, Tuesday, to have it repaired. The person who helped me was not very friendly. It seemed like he was annoyed that he had to fix it. While I was there, we also decided to have my daughter’s and my niece’s nails done. The same technician worked on my daughter’s nails, but I wasn’t happy with the way he treated her. One of the colors in the design she wanted was white, but he kept insisting on using a light pink instead, even though the reference photo clearly showed that it was supposed to be white. Despite looking at the picture, he insisted that the light pink was the correct color. I paid for all of our services and then left my daughter and my niece at the salon while I ran a few errands. When I came back, they were trying to charge my niece for a service that I had already paid for. My niece told them it had already been paid, but the technician said it hadn’t—even though he was the same person I had paid earlier. I was very upset because, first, they tried to charge us twice for the same service. Then, before starting my niece’s nails, we had been told the total would be $70. However, when we returned, they told us the price was $90 instead. They couldn’t give us a clear explanation for the increase, and I was very disappointed that we were charged more than what we had originally been quoted. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Because of the poor service, the lack of professionalism, and the unexpected price change, I don’t plan to return to this salon, and unfortunately, I would not recommend it to others.

Is this worth $185 to you ?? Please don’t come here SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! This nail shop is close to my home and I decided to try it .. I’ve been growing out my toe nails for a while now after I broke one a while back and took for ever to grow back . I told them I didn’t want acrylic overlay but maybe a thin coat of gel to reinforce it . They sat me down with an older lady who was absolutely RUDE ! No reply when I greeted her I knew this was going to go south . I explained to her what I wanted and of course I wasn’t happy. I told her you cut my nails slanted and she got upset and tried to fix it with acrylic and still did it wrong after I said no to acrylic. She walks away rude and brings someone else he placed acrylic over the already acrylic and fixed them to best he could . Another girl came to finish my pedicure and polish them . In the end my nails are extremely thick on my toes with the acrylic I did not want and still got charged a pretty penny ! My nails are ok but one day later polish chipped .. I paid $185 for something I consider horrible service and will not be back or recommending them to anyone

My first time going to this salon, I went just for eyebrow wax. I was at the gym and I googled the closest salon near me, that was actually open at 9:30 in the morning and luckily they were! The salon is beautiful, very big and open and looks very nice and clean. They have Elsa and Anna pedicure chairs for little kids so I will definitely be bringing my daughter back for a girl's day. The lady who did my eyebrows was very gentle and did a great job. The lighting in the eyebrow room was nice and soft. Which sounds weird but my eyes water a lot when I get my eyebrows done especially when there's a big shining light in my face so this room was very calm and soft lighting. Excited to come back to get my nails done here.
