Walked in to get a pedicure, left with my foot sliced open. I got just the classic pedicure package, when it came to the exfoliating he used the normal sponge but was so rough with it he completely cut me open. So disappointing, first time going and will not come back

I came in on Friday for a gel manicure. While I loved the initial appearance of my nails, the quality and longevity were very disappointing. I was first seated at a station that was visibly dirty and had to ask for it to be cleaned before the service began. By Monday, my gel manicure had already started chipping, which should not happen with a gel service. I returned that same day for a touch-up, and by Wednesday my nails were chipped again. There was essentially no longevity to the manicure, as shown in the photos I’m posting. For the price and expectations of a gel manicure, this experience fell short in both cleanliness and durability

I read the previous reviews before posting mine. I guess it depends on who you get to provide your services. Danny was awesome! If I'm in the Argyle areas and need my nails done I'm coming back just to see him. Thank you Danny❤️.

RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: The issue here is that I NEVER requested to have them longer. I don't know what else to do to explain myself. I can understand the language barrier between her and me, but there is NO way to confuse Manicure with Acrylic. My whole point with my review is to make others aware of the way you guys like to do business. Additionally, the customer service needs a LOT of improvement. I went back to ask for the design charge on the receipt that I never got and the guy next to Jennie was making things even worse. Please save any reply back since I am not interested in one. Awful! I was charged for something I didn't ask for! Plus the site mentioned a price and she charged me $60+tip for a design a DID NOT receive! I went for a manicure and I ended paying acrylic nails!
