  DO NOT RECOMMEND Between the constant new fees being added to services and the lack of available appointments, I’ve become increasingly disappointed with New Day Med Spa. I was recently told I would be charged a $50 cancellation fee because I did not provide 48 hours’ notice. However, the email I received directly from the spa clearly stated a 24-hour cancellation policy. When I pointed this out, I was still told I would be charged the $50 fee, even after acknowledging that the information provided to me stated otherwise. I completely understand having and enforcing cancellation policies. However, those policies need to be clearly communicated and consistently enforced. If the requirement is 48 hours, then the written communication provided to customers should say 48 hours—not 24 hours. I don’t think it is fair to charge a customer based on a policy that contradicts the written information they were given. The way this situation was handled was extremely frustrating and has unfortunately changed my overall impression of the business. I would not recommend this med spa based on my experience.
