Would not recommend John, he misled my husband and I. He tried to convince us that we could afford a $4000 monthly mortgage, despite us telling him that we did want to go significantly more than our current rent of $2300. This maxed out our Debt to Income ratio. His advice did not make sense because spending $4k each month on just a mortgage is horrible financial advice. What do I use to pay for utilities? for food? In addition to bad advice, he blamed us for not knowing something that he did not disclose.
