N & C recently came out to my office to service a Dectron unit that had been giving me a hard time for almost a year. I received a call from Alvin (after sending an email) regarding my request. He understood my problem and immediately gathered the information needed to proceed with setting up a service call. Wade (the service technician) came out and took care of the issue in an adequate amount of time. I am so glad I finally found a company that can handle Dectron units and more!

Employees drive erratically on the road with no regard to the safety of the drivers around them. Their driver drove my bumper for miles when there was no one on the roads. I called the company multiple times to report the driver with no return phone call. It would seem they condone the behavior of their employees. I reported this to Clay County Police Department & they will be reviewing the camera footage. I would have to agree with the 1 star review given 6 years ago.

One of their drivers tried to run me off the road this morning and then smirked at me when I passed him. I immediately took a picture of his license plate and called their office to leave a message. After reading other comments, I guess I’m not the only one who has encountered this issue. This company needs to start holding their employees accountable for reckless driving.
