My baby boy Eggbert was going through a lot of pain due to his illness and had to get euthanized. This is never an easy thing to go through, but I'm glad we got the procedure done here because the staff went above and beyond to make the experience as painless as possible for us. You can tell they really have a lot of love and care in their hearts for these furbabies. They were very patient with me and gave me as much time as I needed to process everything and say goodbye to him. They gave Eggbert lots of yummy treats to eat and even made a special heart design for his bandages. When it was finally time for him to go, he passed away peacefully in my arms with his belly full of yummy treats and his heart full of love and care from his family and the staff here. I'll always be grateful to them for offering as much empathy, understanding, and care towards my baby boy and I as they did 💗
Definitely recommend.. kind environment for your fur babies. They are very knowledgeable.. makes you feel like family.. don’t give you the run around either!! They are located in Yulee, FL I take my fur son here. He’s been going since he was 6 weeks old.. he is a happy healthy 4 months old now..
if i could give zero stars i would. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. messed up my 11 week old puppy’s medicine not one time, but twice. gave us less than prescribed two times with the same medicine, then tried to blame us. we were very careful about only giving him the prescribed amount. the bottle they gave us wasn’t even labeled. instead of being kind and trying to work through the situation, they chose to have nasty attitudes about the situation they caused. the vet, alosilla, admitted over the phone that this has happened multiple times before. do not recommend in any circumstance.
New to the Callahan area so I needed to get the pups a check up and monthly meds. Wonderful experience and we all left happy. It was a great experience.
Terrific staff…they took such good care of our Sunny in an emergency. Compassionate, helpful, caring. I highly recommend them!
