Rating 4 stars, only because some of the gym equipment has seen better days. The bikes work great, haven't seen anything malfunction yet, 2 older elliptical make a horrible noise when using. They have a indoor basketball court, and pool, they have a sauna and locker rooms upstairs. They keep the wipes stocked to clean the equipment. Everyone had been nice and polite. The gym usually only has maybe 5 people max, we've been 3 times now. The staff is very helpful when asked questions and are very polite. I would recommend giving the gym a try. They also have an outdoor gym with covering.
Small little gym with great hours and staff. Pool was great. I wish the pool hours were more accommodating but that what happens when you share with the SAR school. So Other’s May Live.
The staff were super helpful. The gym looks pretty small upon entry but after asking the employees if there was more, they directed me to the crossfit/functional fitness area tucked away in the back. Was surprised by how much equipment was available and it all seemed to be relatively new.
Great gym tons of equipment. very much has an "old-time, pump iron" classic for to it. However, TONS of people between 2and 400. Go ariund these hours if you can.
Every comfortable there. Staff is very helpful originally try to stay clear from Gym until I got my weight down, however started going to the gym on the base and the people are really nice and helpful no runway models or competition there the overall feel is down to earth decent and in order. Not to mention, the equipment is very clean The overall facilities are cling to include the showers and bathrooms
