I really appreciate the staff Andrew for your great customer service, knowledge, Patience, and being understanding to both of my dogs and their needs. I really appreciate the information and fitting both dogs in and is scheduled time. Thank you to Dr. Scherer I would like to thank you and give you a shout out as well for your patience for your love and caring to both of my dogs. I have a Retired MWD Dog as well as a failed Foster puppy who are both Belgian Malinois And what you demonstrated in the office during their visit is what the epitome is of a veterinarian doctor. I hope many people learn from you and I really appreciate you.
I had a Great experience at the NAS Jacksonville vet clinic. Andrew and Faith were incredibly helpful, answered all my questions, and made everything easy to understand. They had great attitudes and were very knowledgeable. One of the best vet experiences I’ve ever had.
Retired military: Trying to get our dogs vaccine updated. Had to come in so they can see if I was qualified to have our dogs seen. We had all our shot records with us, but the lady wouldn't even look at the records. Instead wanted us to go scan the documents and email them. She was standing next to a printer scanner. She only wanted to talk about the hours and they days they were closed instead of helping us. We are from out of town and needed help. Not from her obviously.
This is a thorough caring place to take your four legged family member. They will make sure you are not skipping anything and that you have all your meds. It is a bit of a process to be seen, but definitely worth it.
This team took really good care of me and my dog as we transitioned to Europe. Tha k you so much!
