Thank you, Kylie, for your attention to detail and the care you always put into your work. I absolutely love my nails today! You always make me happy every time I come here. If anyone is looking for beautiful custom nail designs, I highly recommend booking an appointment with Kylie
I had such an amazing experience at this nail salon! The space was clean, smelled great, and felt super relaxing from the moment I walked in. The staff were all friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. My special nail technician - Nicole, she was incredibly skilled, detail-oriented, and so careful with every step. She also gave great recommendations on colors and designs that suited my hands perfectly. My nails turned out absolutely beautiful—well-shaped, smooth, and very durable. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the service and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! 💅
I had a truly wonderful experience getting my nails done at Nails So Happy on Beach Blvd. The staff at the salon were incredibly enthusiastic, professional, and cheerful. I was absolutely delighted with the manicure they gave me; Nails So Happy is a place well worth a visit for anyone looking to get their nails done.
UPDATE: I was contacted by Tramy to come in and have them redo my nails free of charge. I booked an appointment for this morning and she was amazing! She was gentle with my nails and the hurt cuticle. I felt welcomed despite the situation and they expressed how upset they were that I had experienced a visit like my previous one. They more than made up for the previous visits and I'll definitely be coming back for Tramy, who followed the inspiration I had to a T! I love the set I have now. (Final photo) I've been here twice so far. The first set I got done (pictured in the fourth photo- the red set, although grown out) was well done and Jenny did a great job! She made sure I was satisfied with the designs she was doing and was clear about any changes to the design I wanted. The second time I went, I made an appointment for 5:15 on their website and made sure to add that I wanted a Gel Manicure with cateye designs and additional non-cateye designs. When I showed up, the man handling the counter asked what I wanted and I explained, then I was sat down with Vivian. The initial visit was not unpleasant, but no one (as she needed a translator to talk to me, which is no big deal and I didn't mind) asked me to see photos of what I wanted. I pointed at a color I initially wanted and then changed my mind. I suppose this went unheard as I ended up with the teal anyway. It was fine, I liked it well enough, so I let Vivian continue working. When she started doing the cat-eye design, she did not ask what I wanted, just did whatever she wanted. I had given up, at this point, in getting a set that I actually wanted. I could go to another salon and have it changed up in New York for my vacation. (That these nails were for). Vivian rushed the job and did not shape my nails properly before adding dip powder and left the polish translucent. The next afternoon, I went back to have them fix two nails that had old polish left under them (pictured in photo 3) and were visible due to the translucent gel. They asked me if I had done anything to possibly get the flecks under them and then had me sit down with Vivian for her to fix them. If I had thought she was rushing the previous night, she was sprinting the fixes. The bit she used on the drill was aggressive (one she had not used the prior night) and hurt my nail beds. She was not careful using this bit and tore up a good portion of the cuticle on one finger (picture 1+2). She paid the fact that I was bleeding no mind and did not listen when I told her that we could just do a design when the polish was being stingy. Instead, she continued to file down my already thin nails and add more dip powder to fix it. In rushing, she left activated dip powder all over my cuticles and under the two redone nails and it hardened. I once again gave up and decided I didn't want them touching my nails again. The one star is for how well Jenny previously did my nails. TDLR: Have visited 2x, Jenny is amazing. Tramy is also amazing! She redid my nails that Vivian had done and they're fantastic!
This is my go-to nail salon in Jax! I've never had to wait for walk-in services, the staff are always friendly & professional, their workspaces/tools are always clean, & their prices are very reasonable. I'm especially pleased with today's super cute strawberry nails by Tramy!! She did SUCH a fantastic job! I love them so so much! Thank you, Tramy!
