I had a great experience getting my nails done today. My nail tech was patient and took her time with my nails, despite it getting busy. I did not feel rushed at all and it was peaceful. She was detail oriented and took the time to make the design perfect 🍋 I will definitely be returning, highly recommend!
First I want to say their customer service is A+ Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because I had to come back and get them fixed. It was my first time at the salon, and I came in for a pedicure and a full set gel cat eye. My toes came out so cute and perfect. No complaints there. My hands, however, came out a bit bulky and wide, and I was not happy with it, but I came back the next day and they were so nice about it and made my nails even better the second time I’m so happy with the outcome. I will definitely be coming back and booking with the person that fixed my nails. 💅 I added the reference picture and the nails before and after they fixed it.
I love this nail shop, every since I found them, my nails been tea, the customer service is superb, they are so sweet and friendly and welcoming, as long as they are open they will continue to have a forever customer 🥰💋…they are my boo’s
The best nail shop I have ever been to!! Nails come out so good every time I go there, even when I get my eyebrows and lip waxed. They have really good service too, they always make sure their clients are relaxed and happy with their work!! I recommend coming here!!❤️
Absolutely the best salon I've been to since moving to Jacksonville 3 years ago! Love my nail tech Jolin. She is friendly, creative and does a fantastic job. Highly recommend an appointment because they do get busy but I've never felt like she has rushed to get finished.
