Nail Time Julington Creek

Disclaimer: I did not personally witness the service being performed. This review is based on what my wife shared with me and what I have observed regarding the condition of her nails. She is very kind and hesitant to leave negative feedback, but I believe it is important to share our experience. She visited this salon for a manicure and needed previous gel polish removed that had been done at another location. During the removal process, she expressed multiple times that the drill was burning her nail beds. Unfortunately, her concerns were not addressed. She also requested standard nail polish instead of gel and was told, “Your husband won’t like it.” Despite asking more than once, she ultimately felt dismissed and stopped insisting. It has now been a week, and her fingernails are still sore, appear bruised, and are already chipping. She works in an office environment, yet her nails look significantly damaged. We simply encourage others to be mindful and aware when choosing services here.

very kind staff, me and my mom love to come here for a fun girls day! Their pricing is super reasonable and they do a wonderful job every visit! Would 100% recommend!

Long time customer at Nail Time. Went in for pre-vacation pedi and gel mani. My regular lady did my pedi and as always did and excellent job!!! Requested Cat eye gel mani did not get that at all, stated they misunderstood, I never changed my mind about what I wanted, it was near closing time, Girl that did my mani had plenty of time to switch tips with co-worker. Requested that I pay before service completed because they were closing soon, which I did. Owner or manager stated oh sorry misunderstood, not my issue as I requested Cat Eye!!! The lack of professionalism and no how can we fix this is beyond acceptable! Her staff piping in also not acceptable!!!!

Called and made an appointment for myself and my daughter to get mani/pedi. The person who took the reservation asked if I wanted gel. I said "I want acrylic or gel builder on my hands and regular polish on my feet." When we walked in, the person who greeted us, asked what we were there for. "Acrylics and pedicures" was my answer. Pedicures first, my daughter's went fine. The lady doing mine must've been learning bc she made so many mistakes. She kept messing up one toe specifically, and did it wrong so many times, she finally asked someone else to do it. It was just a plain polish job, nothing fancy. For some reason, she just could not get it finished without lumps, bumps, and bubbles. Finally make it to the manicure station and they start doing a regular manicure. When I said I wanted acrylics, they told me they didn't have anyone there that could do it. I walked out $150 down and 100% disappointed. Will never go back.
