Nail Palace

They fixed my nails after an awful experience. I must say the previous service was quite nice and professional. But my experience on Thu the 16th was horrid. After showing the tech a picture of what I liked he said we don't have that stuff. I asked about another design he cut off his lite stating I won't do you, sit in other chair. Since you don't know. Before, the tech would offer something similar . I loved the guys that were usually there. I'd been a customer for several years. Even the atmosphere different. He also told me I could go down the street instead..which is exactly what I did , to a great place down the street. No waiting, less extensive. Great atmosphere. Thanks, Nail Palace.

Amazing one of the best nail salon I've been to clean friendly amazing customer service

I wish I'd gotten the guy's name who did my nails. Not only did he talk to me the whole time but, he had me laughing out loud literally! That's totally not me because I'm very shy. He was professional as well; making sure I was satisfied with the length and shape of my nails. I enjoy this nail salon especially that they speak English majority of the time and not speaking in their native language making you feel uncomfortable like they're talking about you. Great place.
