Cutest, most thorough and quality nails I've ever had. Affordable in price and the cost absolutely matches the results. Richard was wonderful, he had great conversation and even better nail art talent!! Great atmosphere, the staff is all so friendly. Richard now has a regular client, thank you so much for your time and effort, I love my nails!
I’m stuck in Virginia and miss Richard and the staff and f Jacksonville soooo much! Nail Envy is the absolute best nail salon I’ve ever visited and I travel the East Coast often. I look forward to our appointment on 6/20! 🙏
I’m updating my previous review because the management really stepped up to make things right. After a disappointing experience with a previous technician, I spoke with the salon, and they were very understanding. They had me come back in and allowed me to have my set redone by Richard. Richard was fantastic! He took his time, was incredibly professional, and did an amazing job on my nails. They look beautiful and are high-quality. I’m so happy with the final result and really appreciate the salon for standing by their work and ensuring I left happy. If you go here, definitely ask for Richard!
Lisa provides the best Pedicures. She always helps me pick the best colors for my skin tone. She always makes sure my toes look their best. I always feel fabulous and spoiled after a Pedicure appointment with her. Also, Richard always does an amazing job with my Manicures. He has such a great eye for detail. This is the best Nail Salon in Jacksonville in my opinion. They have the best massage chairs too. And the rest of the staff is always very kind and fun to talk to. I absolutely love this place. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Nail Salon.
Theresa is AMAZING. She did my dips so beautifully. She took the design I brought in and made it even better. Will always come back when I’m in town.
