Nail Capital

This is my second time coming to this location . I like their prices but this is where QUALITY over QUANTITY kicks in : cheap prices but mediocre work and customer service. The first time I came I only got a pedicure which was OKAY….a lil messy and the technician didn’t bother to clean up the polish left around my cuticles. Tina did my nails this second time I came , I got a pedicure and a full set. The full set was terrible: I had to constantly keep telling her the nails were uneven and needed to be corrected before polishing , my nail polish looks as if my 5 year old daughter polished my nails, leaving behind glue & Polish in my fingers and I had to tell her to clean up the extra polish around my cuticles before trying to have me dry my hands. She was very rough with me after I asked her to correct certain things. This place doesn’t give off a “friendly” atmosphere so I’m not sure I’ll be back . I’m new to Jacksonville and figured I’d give this place a try since it’s not too far from my house….well it certainly was a gamble!

I’m from out of town and have been using press ons because of this reason right here. Never had such a painful experience. Expensive and sloppy don’t go waste of time

Went here twice and my pedicure done by the young looking man was really good. I will continue to let him do my feet. Tina did my full set and both times they look like a kid painted them. I asked for square shaped idk what she on but DO NOT go here for your nails. My gel polish came off the next day! Its thick and bubbly lol like seriously how is this ok? The price is good so I gave her a second chance NEVER again!
