I’m really disappointed with how Dee, the owner and only worker it seems, handled my situation. I was trying to schedule a prenatal massage using a voucher that was gifted to me. Since the website requires a $50 deposit and card info, I called to book with the voucher instead. She told me she would call me back on March 30th to let me know what was left for April, even though I could clearly see available appointments online that I could have booked immediately if I were paying the deposit. When I asked why I couldn’t book one of those same times over the phone with my voucher, she said voucher/Groupon bookings are done “last.” That feels really unfair. A voucher was still paid for, and those customers shouldn’t be treated as the lowest priority. I’m also due April 5th, so waiting until March 30th for a callback to maybe get whatever is left in April just isn’t realistic. Instead of trying to help, she kept making excuses for the policy. Overall, it left a really bad impression and didn’t feel like fair customer service, there are better places with more professional staff.
Dealyer has been my saving grace providing relief for my shoulder and neck pain and when I jack myself up with one of my new workout adventures, LOL. Her energetic spirit along with her talented and skilled hands have became a staple in my self care journey. She is amazing!
I can’t recommend Dealyer enough! She is kind, professional, and truly has magic hands. From the very first session, I knew I was in good hands. When I started seeing her, I didn’t even have full range of motion in my shoulders because my muscles were so tight. Month by month, she worked with me patiently and expertly, always encouraging me to stay hydrated and drink more water. Thanks to her, I always leave feeling so much better than when I came in. If you’re looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing and cares deeply about your well-being, Dealyer is it!

Best Massage I've Ever Had at Nagozi!!! From the moment it started, I could tell I was in the hands of someone who really knows the body. She found every pressure point without me saying a word – it was like she could read exactly where my pain was, especially in my back. What really stood out was her technique: slow, intentional movements and just the right amount of pressure. She didn’t rush through the motions – she held the pressure where I needed it most, which made all the difference. I left feeling lighter, looser, and honestly kind of amazed.
