Was happy to find a nail salon close to home. Was going on a trip to Disney with my toddler, oldest, and my senior father. Pedicure was nicely done. Manicure was done while in pedicure chair both hands done off to one side and the quality was not good. Plus, my "Mickey design" was horribly done when it's literally a circle 🔴 with 2 dots added within for the ears. I don't know what kind of Mickey I got, but it was very bad. Not to mention she put it on my request ring finger on one and my middle finger on the other. 4 days later and my nails are chipped bad. I paid almost $100 and it was not worth what I received. Bc of the way she did my nails I could not see the mistake until I got to my car and they closed right after I left bc I was the only customer inside. They need a new nail tech. Pics are from right after and then 4 days later.
Came on 01/16 to get my daughter and I feet done. They had no one in the salon but yet was rushing to do our feet. The man decided he was only going to do one coat on my feet I told him he needed to fix one of the toe he refuse made an excuse. By time my daughter and I went home I look at our feet and they was A HOT MESS! no clean up around the toes, built up of polish on my daughter toes missing spots on my toes. We came back to get it fix and they sitting and talking and laughing in our face like we was literally sitting in front of them. If it was done correctly the first time we wouldn’t had to come back! He put one coat of polish and barely any top coat on the whole toe! And polish all over my toes no clean up. Don’t waste money here if you want it done correctly please go else where. I appreciate the lady who fixed my toes she made sure she did it correctly.
Visited on Saturday August 13th, 2022. Wasn’t too happy. The massage chair was the best satisfaction I got. I was greeted, advised to pick my color. And was advised what seat to sit in. The employee did not ask what pedicure option from the 2 they had did I wanted to purchase. As I sat with my feet in the clear water awaiting to be services. She went into their storage closet and got 2 dried thin sliced lemon(via pic) to put in my water. She most spoke to the other customers. She did ask was it my first time visiting and that was it. She really didn’t service my feet/nails etc well. Seem rushed and partially done. Towards the end she placed a lot of oil on the bottom of my feet(hard to walk in sandals and it was raining that day-made worse to walk with oily feet). She than rub lotion on my legs. Left it on and got 1 warm towel and laid it across both my legs till it was cool. And my service was over. Paid $45.00 but some wouldn’t have. And as I got outside to my car. My nail bed wasn’t painted fully. Gap between the nail and cuticle area. Smh. Let’s say first and last visit there. Sorry not sorry.
Another wonderful experience. She went above and beyond and fix two nails I broke being too ruff. She add more acrylic and made sure I was happy. Thx
I am obsessed with how amazing this nail salon is. It’s been 3 weeks since the grow out of my overlay and they still look amazing!!! They really took their time doing my nails and I’m so impressed. They have a life long customer for sure❤️
