MyFit Decisions is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been a part of! The energy here is incredible, with constant motivation, expert coaching, and a strong sense of community. Coach Mike is truly outstanding—his knowledge, dedication, and ability to push you while keeping workouts fun make all the difference. He takes the time to ensure proper form, offers personalized guidance, and genuinely cares about every member's progress. With plenty of class times and an encouraging atmosphere, this gym is perfect for all fitness levels. Highly recommend
If you're looking for a place that feels like a second home and delivers real results, MyFitDecisions is it. Can’t recommend it enough! MyFitDecisions has completely changed the game for me. After having total knee surgery, I was nervous about getting back into fitness. But from day one, the coaches met me exactly where I was—supportive, knowledgeable, and incredibly encouraging. They helped me scale movements, rebuild strength, and gain confidence in my body again. The programming is smart, challenging, and adaptable, and the community is amazing—motivating, friendly, and always cheering you on. Whether you're recovering from an injury or just looking to get stronger and healthier, this gym has your back. Joining MyFitDecisions was one of the best choices I’ve made. I’m stronger than ever and truly grateful to be part of such an incredible gym. I was even able to complete the Spartan Trifecta because of the training I received at this gym.
Had the pleasure of being part of the MyFit community. Coaches Mike and Justin were great at explaining workouts and helping me on my technique. They made me feel welcomed! Would highly recommend anyone to try, regardless of where you are in your workout journey!
I highly recommend My Fit Decisions! The coaching team is very knowledgeable and provides specific cues and helpful performance feedback. The MFD Community feels like a family and proudly represents at local fitness events (including GoRuck events, runs, and Spartan races.)
This is the greatest place in Jacksonville to work out and get fit. The coaches really care about you and your goals. Not only do they give expert workout advice, and nutritional guidance, but they are sincere in encouraging you every step of the way of your journey. There are all different ages and fitness levels at this gym making it a very comfortable place to work out. The other members quickly become like family and help motivate you and each other no matter your fitness level. I would recommend CrossFit Decisions to anyone looking for a great place to workout and get healthy.
