There's always a energetic atmosphere at this gym. Lots of positive interactions with normal gym goers. An the staff always greets you with a warmest welcomes! Couldn't ask for anything more 🙌🏽

Love love love this gym! The owner is AMAZING. She’s always there with a positive attitude and she always takes the time to greet everyone who walks in the gym. I got into the best shape of my life while I was working out there and getting personal training. The atmosphere is so great and welcoming. Only reason I had to leave was I moved too far away. 10/10 recommend this gym to anyone.

For a so called “family owned” business, they really have no interest in being relatable in any way. One month out of my contract and they automatically renewed for a month to month and continued charging an account that has been drained. Explained my situation to them and they refused to accommodate. Then tried relating their own family finances to mine, one of the most out of touch things I’ve ever been told by a business owner. After emails back and forth with the owners, I realized that their rude responses and belittling of regular people was getting nowhere. They refused to accommodate a situation beyond my control and claimed to add an additional $29 for every 10 days past due. They continuously tried to charge my account after each email they sent, at one point taking the last $1.47 in my checking account. Their only response was to update my payment method and pay out my balance. Seriously disappointed in their lack of customer service and cold outlook on the financial reality for people who don’t own overpriced gyms. Besides that, the gym is cramped and impossible to get a good workout in after working hours. The equipment is old and pretty filthy. They don’t hold anyone accountable for their own set gym rules including profanity, yelling, slamming weights, and cleaning gym equipment after use. Mostly disappointed and really frustrated with their management. But, they’ll throw the weight around of legal contracts and try to bully you into paying up. Not a family I’d do business with again given the chance. Update 9/10/2026 - just got a notification from my bank that they tried to charge my card on file for $2.75. Unfortunately, there aren’t any funds in that account, but luckily I have overdraft protection. It’s been over 18 months since my last review and, after all the threats they threw around at me, they’re still trying to charge me. I’m sure they’ll send an email threatening me (again) with taking me to court for writing a negative review. It’s not liable if everything I’ve written is true. Saw a review below mine of almost the same exact situation. I would think that such a successful little gym would be doing well enough to not try to charge people instead of cancelling their memberships. After a year and half, I haven’t cost them any extra money. Still trying to come after my money is wild.

I recently started working out here, about 2 months ago. I personal love the one on one training, with the trainer/owner/superstar Sarah. She is very knowledgeable, keeps you accountable, aways positive, and works to meet your goals. The gym is a smaller space, but never too crowded to get the job done! I love being able to attend classes when I don’t feel like figuring out my own workout.
