Chris Clemente and Shelly Davis are an absolute powerhouse of a processing team. From day one, they dealt patiently with all of my financial complexities, guidelines, and background scenarios. They were completely transparent, upfront, and aggressive in trying to secure an FHA approval for me. When my solo underwriting file ultimately fell through at the last minute, Chris was completely honest with me about the situation and even went out of his way to look for outside-the-box alternatives to save the purchase. They put a massive amount of personal effort into my application, and I am incredibly grateful for their guidance, professional transparency, and hard work.

Chris Clemente is an excellent mortgage professional. Communication with Chris & his team from contract to close is outstanding. Highly recommend Chris Clemente.
They keep soliciting my work email to invest with them. Not only is it highly unprofessional it’s slimy as well. If your business is doing so great you do not need to skim for emails and spam them.
