Moroccan Hammam & Day SPA

Absolutely incredible experience at Hamman Moroccan Day Spa! From the moment I walked in, I felt transported into a peaceful luxury retreat. The atmosphere  was calming, beautifully designed, and smelled amazing. The staff was warm, professional, and made me feel completely pampered from the start to finish. The treatment — deeply relaxing, rejuvenating, and left my skin feeling unbelievably soft and refreshed. Every detail was thoughtful, from the soothing music to the attentive care throughout the service. If you’re looking for a true self-care experience that melts away stress and makes you feel renewed, this is the place. Hands down one of the best spa experiences I’ve had in Jacksonville. I already can’t wait to come back!

We had an incredible experience getting the traditional hammam service! The treatment included a full salt scrub, time in the steam sauna, and a thorough body scrub that washed away every bit of dead skin. They even washed our hair and treated us to amazing facials and massages. Finishing up in the relaxing tea room was the perfect touch. It was pure bliss from start to finish—we left feeling completely renewed! The staff was awesome and we can’t wait to come back!!

My Husband won the bidding for a 60 minute Swedish Massage from a S.A.F.E. Pet Rescue Adoption Event (see my other reviews for a great review of this animal rescue organization) and gifted it to me for Christmas. I would've never found Moroccan Hammam & Day Spa if not for this gift. I'm so glad about this discovery and that I was able to get a massage there because it's truly one of the best massages that I've ever had. The moment that you walk through the doors of their strip mall location, you are transported into a totally different vibe... it's beautiful, peaceful, and smells very nice inside. The girl behind the counter was polite and friendly. My massage therapist was Carolann and she definitely knew what she was doing. The Swedish Massage was completely relaxing plus Carolann was also able to get out all of the knots... Honestly, it was a little difficult to walk afterwards because I was so relaxed! Thanks so much for an incredible experience. I'll definitely be back!

I have gotten facials all across the United States after living in Las Vegas, Nevada and California for the last 5 years and I am highly disappointed by my experience here at the spa. I read really good reviews and wanted to try it and received a gift card for my birthday to try it. I also took my mother-in-law who's from out of the country. First off, we had to wait 30 minutes before we actually got our appointment serviced too. I have a newborn at home so that made it already unsatisfactory experience as the limited window is there. Secondly, I have never known a facial to have firm pressure or gentle pressure when giving a facial. Because you're dealing with very delicate skin on the face, my facial felt like someone kept rubbing the skin almost off with not only the cleaning with wash rag of the products to the actual massage of the products with pens. It was the first time I have ever left a facial with my skin looking and feeling worse than it did when I came in and here I am almost a week later and my skin is still not very happy from the experience I thought maybe this is a different type of facial and my skin would somehow look better later on but the answer is no. The facial was so uncomfortable. I actually asked my person if she was having a rough day because of how rough the massaging and the removing of the products was. The reason I didn't give this spa a one star is because all of the staff were very friendly and the atmosphere of the spa was very welcoming and clean
