Justin is a wonderfully proactive salesperson and manager. He helped me find the elusive dining room table I needed at a fantastic price. He knew answers about the materials, availability, delivery, and concerns. His follow up through the ordering time was excellent. We can't wait to receive our delivery in October!

This store is amazing! Beautiful indoor and outdoor furniture especially if you’re looking for white! We loved it. Great value and beautiful high quality modern furniture. It was like finding a diamond in the rough! Justin was very helpful in assisting us with what we were looking for. He was very kind and professional, no high pressure salesmanship & excellent service! Our experience was great! I recommend stopping in and checking it out!, you won’t be disappointed!!

Overall, we had a great experience at Modani Furniture. My wife, daughter, and I went in looking for a specific bedroom set and ended up falling in love with it right away. They had a pretty decent selection of bedroom collections to choose from. Customer service was excellent — Cam helped us out and did a fantastic job. She wasn’t pushy at all, just there to answer our questions and make us feel comfortable. She was also very kind to our daughter, even offering her some snacks, which was such a nice touch *****Updated Review **** We had a very disappointing experience with Modani’s claims department. After our bed was delivered, we discovered it was defective and unusable—you literally could not sleep on it. We immediately opened a claim, but instead of resolving the issue properly, the claims department kept trying to offer us a small store credit and to keep a defective bed. It wasn’t until we disputed the charge with our credit card company that they finally agreed to send a replacement part. Even then, the process dragged on for nearly a month with constant back-and-forth and delays. Throughout this entire time, we were stuck with a bed we couldn’t use. And during that time, after sending them pictures and letting them know what was wrong with the bed, they decided to send a technician out Tacoma supposedly take a look, but technician told us he was there to repair band which we stopped him from making any repairs told the claims department we were not accepting that then they try to offer us a bigger credit, but this is after we told them what was wrong with the bed and all we need was a replacement part. What made the experience even more frustrating is that Modani refused to offer any percentage refund or additional store credit for the hassle, lost time, and inconvenience of not being able to sleep on the bed we paid for. I want to be clear that the in-store customer service was good, but the claims department was extremely poor and unhelpful. Because of how this situation was handled, I personally would not recommend Modani Furniture anymore.

I’ve been a Modani customer since 2018 and have always loved the quality of their furniture. However, this one-star review is specifically for the Jacksonville store. In 2018, I purchased from the Atlanta location and had zero issues. Because Jacksonville is closer, we decided to shop there and spent $8,000 on furniture. We were promised delivery by 12/22, right before Christmas, which turned out to be untrue—it felt like the date was given just to close the sale. After the holidays, I tried calling the Jacksonville store multiple times with no response. I eventually had to contact the Miami store just to speak with someone. The Jacksonville store manager never returned calls or emails, and there has been no communication at all regarding our delivery. It is now mid-January, and I still don’t know when our furniture will arrive. I do recommend Modani as a brand, but I do not recommend buying from the Jacksonville store due to the lack of communication and follow-up. Update: We are now in March and had promises and promises that the furniture would arrive Feb 25. We are now in March and still nothing no calls no emails nothing. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY SAID THEY WILL CHARGE ME A 30% RESTOCKING FEE OF A FURNITURE THAT ITA NOT EVEN DELIVERED YET! THESE PEOPLE ARE INSANE TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY DONT BUY HERE!!!
