Would not recommend, there’s a reason there was nobody in the place. These people charged me almost $100 for toe polish for myself and my daughter.
Absolutely terrible experience at Million Nails. I went in and showed the nail tech a very plain, simple design just a sharp square shape. She confidently said she could do it, but the results were awful. The shaping was completely uneven and sloppy, and the polish looked like something a child could have done. I honestly could have done a better job myself at home. To make matters worse, when I went to pay, they tried to charge me for a full set and a pedicure when I got a fill-in & pedicure. When I questioned the charges, the lady just stood there saying nothing while the man at the register started making excuses and randomly changing prices. It felt dishonest and unprofessional. The quality of work was bad enough, but trying to overcharge me made the whole experience even worse. I will never return and would not recommend this place to anyone.
Went for simple pedicure. It was 35 dollars. I was a walk in. He seemed disappointed i didnt want upgrades. Feel like I was rushed through. The other people there who appeared to be repeat customers got great treatment though and were there for a long time. So maybe my case was different
From start to finish, the customer service was phenomenal. Ms.Sophia,Tina, Emily and Peter kept me informed every step of the way. They always have a smile on their face and our conversation is awesome. Even though, they have a tight schedule they seem to worked me in. The customer service was exceptional, as they kept me updated throughout the entire process. They always ask me if I need something to drink. I spent around $120.00- 140.00 bi-weekly. I've been their customer for a long time. They are professional, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them.
New 85 minute pedicure option and I really enjoyed it. I really like when the nail techs take their time and dont rush my time to relax. This million Psa Herbal pedicure was very relaxing and worth every penny. The price of service is never an issue especially when you get the service you paid for to relax. This place has improved greatly on their customer service. I dont get pressured into services I dont want and I dont get rushed service. There are certain techs who have more skills than other and its just up to the customer to ask the questions. Keep up the good work.
