Meticulous Nails

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I was beyond disappointed in the service as well as how my nails turned out. I had an appointment with Grace at 5:30 which she personally scheduled. She was initially running behind, so I waited. 30 minutes into my appointment time another customer walks in and says she has a scheduled appointment with Grace at 6:15, at that point she hadn't even finished filling in my nails with acrylic. She immediately realized she doubled booked herself and began to rush through my fill-in and cut my cuticles with the dremel machine, to which I asked her to put some antiseptic on. She continued to rush through painting my nails without applying the antiseptic on it and continued to let my finger bleed. At this point I was getting upset. Matters got worse when it came to doing a design I had shown her previous to sitting down, which she said she could do no problem. Well she couldn't do it and when I told her I didnt like it she proceeded to make it worse by smudging the nail polish around. The owners wife (Tina I presume) asked why she was unable to do the design and Grace proceeded to tell her she didnt have the right tools and she was nervous and rushing because the another women had been waiting on her - even though she is the one that double booked herself and that women was offered to be helped by someone else. In the end Jimmy (the owner) had to redo the 4 nails I wanted to do design on and proceeded to tell me to come back next time so he could correct the mistakes Grace made, because he too was unsatisfied with the work. That in itself was unprofessional. I spent over 2hrs there and still left unhappy. This was my first and last time giving my business to them. Please do better. Ps. The design I asked for was cheetah print and that is not what it looks like.

Maria did my nails and she was so detailed. Explained everything to me, very professional, clean and precise with her work. I highly recommend anyone looking to get your nails done definitely go straight to Maria. She’s absolutely amazing with acrylics. Mine last up to 6 weeks.

Disappointed😕 Nails started coming off w/in 2days. The salon and Tina were recommended for GelX. I called, spoke with Tina and scheduled an appt with her. On day of my appt she was unavailable/working on another client. She told me Jimmy would Start my nails… But she never became available. Jimmy proceeded to do my nails. After two days, they started to chip away at base, sides and tips of my nails. I contacted them and they told me to come in. Tina did fix my nails, but also charged me to do so! 🤷‍♀️ Two days/appts and $100 later, I definitely was left feeling disrespected (of my time) and disappointed. * I did not want to leave a negative review, but I also don’t want other people to be disappointed. Getting my nails done is a treat and this experience was not😕
