Meredith Medvec at Prosperity Home Mortgage - Jacksonville

Meredith made our first home buying experience as painless as possible, and we're thrilled with our new home. Highly recommended.

Answered all our questions, was very attentive and eased all our worries. No matter how silly the question she answered it in a professional manner and was a great support to our family. We consider her not just a mortgage consultant but a new found friend.

Great team and communication! I always felt supported and able to reach someone at any time. I was a first time buyer and had many questions which they took time and had patience to answer. I highly reccomend!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Meredith Medvec on countless occasions, and I can’t recommend her enough! Over the years, she has helped several of my clients secure financing and the feedback has been nothing but glowing. Meredith is knowledgeable, professional, and goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth process from start to finish. Her clear communication, attention to detail, and genuine care for our clients set her apart. Not only has she been an incredible resource for my clients, but she’s also been a fantastic partner in business. I look forward to continuing to work with her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trusted lender! I trust her implicitly!
