Massage Ponte Vedra

I had an excellent massage with Ms.Pinal. She is incredibly intelligent and has extensive training in Craniosacral techniques. I will definitely be back as well as sending friends and family.

I’ve been seeing Terese for at least 3–4 years now, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about her. She’s not just an incredible massage therapist—though she absolutely is—but she’s also been a huge part of my overall healing journey. Her knowledge and skill have helped me physically in ways I didn’t think possible, but what I value just as much is how she creates a safe, calming space where I can breathe, let go, and feel cared for. Our sessions have been as mentally and emotionally therapeutic as they’ve been physically. Over the years, Terese has become someone I deeply trust with both my health and my well-being. She’s intuitive, attentive, and always seems to know exactly what I need. I leave every session feeling lighter, more grounded, and truly restored. If you’re looking for more than just a massage, but real therapeutic support for body, mind, and spirit—Terese is the one. I can’t recommend her enough.

Pinal was incredible. It was my first experience with cranial sacral therapy and was better than I expected.
